Hi, I'm Megan! I'm so glad you are here.

 

I am a Master Certified Health Coach and NASM Certified Personal Trainer with a passion to help people live longer, healthier lives! Since beginning my own health journey 12+ years ago (where I would try various diets that left me feeling defeated and restricted the foods I loved), I've since made it my mission to help both women and men end the dieting cycle FOR GOOD and develop healthy habits that they actually enjoy and can maintain for life!

Healthy For Life's mission is to educate people on how to make healthy, sustainable changes in their every day lives to achieve optimal wellness.

Whether you feel lost about what foods are healthy, aren't sure what exercises would most benefit you, have tried countless diets that just don't work, and beyond; Healthy For Life wants to help!

Megan has the experience and the professional education on how to assist you. You work as a team to not only get your health back on track, but to learn how to sustain it for life!
